When I wake in morning my both ear pain feels some liquid is present in ear and pain resolve after 2 or 3 hrs after wake up

Take Tab sinarest lp half tablet in the morning and one tab at night Otrivin nasal drops 2 drops twice in each nostril twice a day and follow it with stream inhalation with Vicks Chew chewing gum thrice a day Do it all for 5 days
