My daughter has pain in both ears and has been down with cold and cough for past 2 days. I have been giving allegra syrup from yesterday.. Please advise a remedy for ear pain and cough.. Thanks in advance..

Stop Allegra , Syp tminic 1.5 ml 8 hourly x 3 days, Syp Clampkid forte 4 ml twice perday x 7 days, Otrinoz ped nose drops 8 hourly x 3 days, Syp P250 5 ml 6 hourly x 3 days

you can try giving her paracetamol syrup along with steam inhalations. if this doesn't help kindly consult with a pediatrician
