There is a sever ear pain that suddenly started. And also my throat has been giving me a lot of trouble since past couple of days along with a blocked nose.

As per your description you might have developed acute otitis media.. can take analgesic tablet sos for pain relief.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
