Hi..get checked again by Dentist by x rays. Yes tooth pain can radiate to ear,throat,head,neck,affected side of the face. For heart, visit a cardiologist. Regards

If there is a tooth problem it has to be rectified as soon as possible ..since tooth problem does cause referred pain to ear,throat and side of the face.Pls visit the dentist and rectify it.But regarding your chest pain and pain in left hand you just visit a cardiologist and clarify.Pls don not ignore the chest pain.Get it checked at the earliest.
