Ear pain and buzzing increased

Hello Doctor, I have been taking Vasoprazan for the past 15 days. Recently, my left ear pain has increased. I also have tinnitus (ringing in ears) for the last 3 years. Could this be related to the medication? Can you suggest any over-the-counter (OTC) medicine or ear drops for relief? Thank you.

Unlikely due to medication Because tinnitus is more than 3 years old
