My ear is leaking when i get cold this has been happening since years. Is this coz there ear drum break. Wat is the best suggestion for this

As per your description you might have perforation in the ear drum.. recurrent ear discharge due to infection.. first get treated for the infection..then plan for surgery after proper assessment..
