Ear infection and pumping sound

Hello doctor, I am having infection with PUS inside in right ear, consulted doctor and taking antibiotics with candibiotic drops. Infection getting better but now Suddenly From yesterday I am hearing some pumping noise (like pulse sound in infected ear) which is disturbing my sleep. Is this normal during infection or what. Please confirm

It will take a 7-10 days to  get better. Keep taking medicines. Take steam inhalation along with the medicines.
