After cleaning ear, was advised antibiotic ear drop. drop comes in the mouth. Also burning sensation deep in the ear. Please advise

As per your description you have perforation in the ear drum..as middle ear is connected with the throat by eustachian tube ,ear drops come into mouth by the E.tube..
