Ear discharge and pain from last 10 month. Several antibiotic course has been taken advised by ENT doctor,but not get any positive response. Ear discharge,pain,ringing sound in LEFT EAR

It appears to be a chronic ear condition ( CSOM or MOE ) requiring long term medication , diabetic status need to be checked as well as other systemic condition like anemia .
