Its related to my ear,am having pain as the dirty became solid and cant remove from buds also so please do let me know any ear lotion or drops that will dissolve the dirty

Impacted wax should be removed after putting wax softening ear drop..don't try to remove by yourself as injury may occur.. visit an ENT specialist for wax removal..
