No pain but ear is blocked (seems like its wet) and ear drops are not helping ...........................................................

It might be impacted wax in your ears.. need to be confirmed by otoscopy. Instill wax softening ear drops thrice daily at least for 5days.visit an ENT specialist for wax removal.
