Realistically speaking, are 6 hours sleep enough to stay healthy? I'm asking since I would like to train myself to stay healthy and fresh with 6 hours of sleep. Can you advise on how I can train myself.
At least 6-8 hrs sleep is necessary...it varies from person to person
