Both are screening tests and NIPT is better at screening than dual marker. U can go for either one and can directly also do NIPT

NIPT is done when nt scan and dual  marker test  show some abnormality.

Why do you want to go for nipt if your doctor has advised you nt scan and dual marker? Nipt is recommended only if there is abnormality in nt scan and dual marker report
