Hello Doctor, I had been using lip balms with kojic acid dipalmate and spf on my lips along with scrubbing once in a while for softer pink lips but now I've developed very tiny bumps on my lips that release water when I press my lips and they're dry all the time when I'm not using any lip balm.. What to do???
