Yesterday I fell and I got wound and black scared on my right hand. What medication can I use to dry up my wound and remove the scar from my hand. I am 8 months pregnant.

It would be better if some pictures are shared to see the type of wound. Till then use a clean gauze piece to clean the would and apply Betadine
