Hi, chapping of lips can be due to various reasons like dehydration, frequent lip licking, dry weather conditions, use of oral medicines like isotretinoin and application of lip cosmetics that can cause mild allergies..
Kenacort is a steroid indicated for only certain skin conditions. Please don’t use it over the counter on recommendations of a pharmacist.
