Dry or irritating eyes due to mobile or computer long use or addiction will lead to brain or eye damage? I occasionally use (tear drops) eye drops if i have high irritation or dryness.

It will not perse give any brain damage. Eye hygiene , screen brightness , posture during work etc are to be monitored though. Lubricant eye drops can be used as and when required
