Hello doctors, I’ve been having very dry skin on my palms for the past few days. It's becoming flaky and rough and it also burns when i touch spices while cooking. I’m currently using Santoor handwash and Boroplus on my palms..sometimes Bath & Body Works moisturizer..but it’s not improving.
