Hello sir, I am having dry eyes and myopia problem with having -4 to -4.5 diopter. I don't want to wear spectacles. Please suggest me what I have to do and how can I get rid of dry eyes problem also.

Dryness is main complication of lasik ,& you are already suffering from severe dryness , think ten times before going for LASIK.

Hello, you need to start good lubricating drops for your dryness problem. For getting freedom from glasses, there is an option of contact lenses, which is temporary but dryness will be an issue. LASIK surgery is other option. But you have to get eyes tested for dryness for that.
