Saltwater gargling four times a day- before breakfast, lunch, dinner and sleep. Tab. Sinarest One tablet thrice a day after food for 3 days. (This will take care of both-  dry cough and cold). Plenty of oral fluids. Avoid junk food and cold drinks. Get best soon. God bless.
