Hi, My son is 4.6 yrs old he is suffering from cold and dry cough. While sleeping he is having continuous cough so kindly suggest some good medicine. TIA

How long has he been having cold and dry cough... If this is present since many weeks and is present at evening and night, it could be allergic cough... You can try giving tablet montelukast levocet kid 4mg ( dispersible tablet) every day evening around 7 PM... Give that for a week, if he doesn't get better, he needs examination and may be chest xray etc
