Dry cough , Cold and 100°c fever

Felling dry cough in throat and cold from last 3 days taking Cetrizine from 2 days and Benadryl today, and suddenly I got 100°C fever today. Are these symptoms of covid-19 or not If yes then please advice home treatment for this that helps me
