This looks like acid reflux . Control oily and spicy foods and take meals in regular intervals . Keep two hours gap between dinner and bedtime. You can take Tablet lupisoz 1 tablet morning and night before food for 1 month Syrup gaviscon 10 ml morning and night after food for 15 days
