Dry cough and allergy

Hi, From last few days, I got cough 3-4 times in a day and itching in throat and ears. I doesn't last for complete day, its occurs for 1-2 hours in a day at any time slot and recovered normal by its own. Kindly suggest what to do?

It seems like allergic condition. Take Tab citrazine 10mg at night for 3 days after food Do Salt water gargle thrice a day Avoid oily and fried food. Drink warm water.
