1)Keep ur lips moist always 2)Don't be under the hot sun for too long , have minimum contact with sun fr 2 weeks 3)Don't enter ac room or any chilled room immediately after contact with sun, wait for 5 minutes in a non ac area and then enter the room, during ur waiting period drink more water, and wipe ur lips with water and dry with clean cloth Don't over dry it, allow some moisture in lips. 4) drink plenty of water 5) avoid biting of lips / tearing of skin tag in lips 6) avoid giving speech as it paves way to make ur lips dry in this summer, minimal talking fr two weeks Yes dry lips may also be a sign of infection, dehydration , Do visit clinic If u experience any other  symptoms other than dry lips
