My upper lip is very dark. Also the skin at the corner of my lips is dark. My lips are very dry and chapped all around the year. Can these problems be cured once and for all?

Treatment for lightening lips:-Sebamed SPF30 Lip Balm before Sun exposure.Apply Biluma Cream once daily at night for 1 month over Lips. Smoking to be stopped completely. Lactic Peels once in a month, 5-6 sessions to might be required to lighten lip color.
