Drinking plenty of water

I'm drinks minimum 5 - 6 ltrs of water.. Can't control this habit.. Is it overburden & harmful to my kidneys?

Hello well too much water means water it's good to keep your Kidneys flashed unless and until you have any problem like chronic renal failure... it's good to have 3-4 litres of water in a day.. and then it also depends upon the weather conditions if it is hot and humid you need to have more of work water to compensate for the loss thank you

Too much water intake can cause hyponatremia (low sodium level), which can cause headache and nausea. 1.5 to 2 litres of water would be enough per day in our country. In hot weather it can be more.
