Dreams and withdrawal

I stopped lexapro 6 days ago and had very very strange dreams tonight. It's extremely strong themed and repeated linked dreams. I'm not anxious or worried. I also experience complete joy and happiness before bedtime today. I started doing Sudarshan kriya yoga - breathing exercises 2 weeks ago and I'm basically doing well with no anxiety symptoms. So I went cold turkey with my SSRI (taking since 2016). Is this dreams something common during withdrawal? If I want to come out of SSRI, should I accept that the dreams are not something harmful and won't make me maniac?
