Is ganaton total and pantocid dsr the same. Can i take pantocid dsr or ganaton total for gerd and delay in stomach emptying

Yes they are almost same .. Both have pro kinetic agents which will hurry up your gastric emptying rather then delaying it

Yes these are good but now better medicines are also available SPECIALLY for gerd. If gastritis or ibs or constipation are there, they have to be evaluated and treated accordingly.
