Doubt regarding broken tooth

Is it ok if i dont extract my half broken teeth in lower jaw. There is no pain right now. If i maintain good oral hygiene then is it ok not to extract those teeth

Hello, The entire crown structure of both your tooth is not there leaving only the root stumps. It’s better to get them extracted as soon as possible and get it replaced by a prosthesis.

Hello dear If you dont want to extract then follow these step... First go for IOPAR xray of teeth to know the level  of broken tooth...if only dentin part broken and tooth pulp is safe then you go for composit restoration. Your tooth will be fine. No need of extraction. If fracture involve pulp of teeth then go for RCT and caping of teeth. With good oral hygiene your tooth will be fine next few years. If there is severe pain and most of the crown part is broken then yes...go for extraction. Hope you can find your answers.
