My brother has been diagnosed as TLC value 9800. Is it a positive sign of appendicitis. He is feeling pain in stomach in regular intervals.

The WBC count you mentioned is in normal limit. It doesn't indicate appendicitis. You need to provide more information like site of pain, duration of the pain, associated with any other complaints like fever or vomiting sensation.
