I am now 24 weeks pregnant.. I had done double marker test at 13 weeks.. I have twin pregnancy with DCDA twins.. In Double Marker test, foetus 1 shows the probability as 1: 1077 and foetus 2 shows the probability as 1:626..and both indicated as "screen negative". Is the result normal and is there any risk for foetus 2 ? Or is it necessary to done NIPT? Kindly reply.. Please find the attached screenshot of the report.

Did you do NT at the time of Double marker ? Did you get Quadruple test at 20-21 weeks? It should have been done, but now it is too late.

Hi In Twin gestation,  double marker cnt be relied upon . Wat was ur level 1 scan n level 2 scan ? Follow ur doctor . At 24weeks , why going back to double marker ?

Cut off is 1:250. So u don't need further tests. And now ur already 24 weeks, so there s no point in doing any other test if ur anomaly scan was normal.
