Double Marker positive but nt scan fine

Hi Doctors, My wife got double marker positive, but the nt scan is absolutely fine Trisomy 21: 1 in 62 Doctors told it's high risk pregnancy. We had given blood for double marker at 10 week 6 days and nt scan is done at 13 week 2 days. I have seen that double marker will be taken after or with nt scan as the papp-a and HCG values doubles every 2 to 3 days. In our case the double marker is taken 2 and half week before nt scan. Is this the correct procedure? Should we go for double marker again to get exact results? Please suggest

Not the correct procedure as already answered twice U need a further diagnostic test rather than a screening test to be repeated Go fr nipt or aminocentesis
