Dose change in early pregnancy with thyr

I am on thyroid medication of 50mcg before pregnancy and now I am 7 week pregnant and have 3.10 tsh levels and normal t3 and t4 levels...my gynaecologist has not increased my does but I feel 2.5 should be refrence range in 1st trimester.. should I increase my dose or not?

You can discuss your concern with your Gynaecologist but please increase your dose after the advice of your Gynaecologist.

Follow ur drs advise U hv gathered great information on Google that in first trimester tsh should be less than 2.5 But then if the minimum possible dose increment of 12.5 is added tsh wud fall below .35 N u wud be hyperthyoid Rule Trust ur dr Not Google n ur instinct
