Pl suggest dosage of himalaya ashvagandha tablet for stress and fibromyalgia. And how many will tablets take to start effect in body? My weight is 75kg. Pl suggest dosage.

hi, you can take 3-4 tab daily in the dose of 2-2tab after lunch and dinner. with luke warm water for better results.
