My father hg 7.7g/dl
Doctor prescribed for Iron Injection Ferium 500, And dosage is 1 bottle/week of 10 ml
Is that 10 ml ferium 500 to admisitered once in a week? Or Daily 2 ml ?

One's in a week have to dilute it in 100 ml normal saline then test dose should be given 25ml from the diluted solution.
10 to 15 minutes observation period of no infusion reaction observed then remaining solution is infused over a balance of 1/2 an hour .
Get it done by a health worker.
