Kali Phos when taken on specific indication is given when there is nervous exhaustion, lack of sleep, and weakness.
It is taken mostly in 3x or 6x potency. (Low potencies).
When you take 30ch, it needs to be matching to the symptoms.
Still if you want to take it then twice a day should be the starting dosage.
