I am married, we don't want pregnancy right now, but a relationship between us today evening has happened without any protection.We are really worried, does use of  ipill be safe for us??

It's safe but not 100 per cent effective. But it's probably the best option right now if 72 hours are not over.

You are married. So you will be having sexual intimacy every day. Please don't rely on Condom or Emergency contraception. You should consult with a Gynaecologist for contraception advice and use either pills or go for Copper T.
