Hello ! I was recently suffering from mild fever and I started taking doli medicine 3 times a day with vitamin c and b complex. I got completely fine but I felt stomach uneasiness, so I had my CBC and LFT. It turns out my bilirubin is 1.30, is it possible that dolo affected my liver?

No it might not. Taking dolo 3 times a day that is 650 mg *3 is not toxic dosage. Its pretty normally prescribed. Also bilirubin level of 1.3 is not a alarming rise at all, if not just near normal high. I would like you to do a repeat lft after 2 days and share the entire report here.
