Dog nail scratch after booster dose

Doctor i am previously vaccinated with 4 dose intradermal rabies vaccination schedule 0 3 7 28 and i took TT and 2 intradermal booster dose Day 0 and Day 3 Last booster was taken on 23rd April yesterday and today on 24th April a street dog scratch me with nails no wound just skin redness and drop like blood comes out so now what should i do should again i have to take booster dose ?
