Dog bitten person delayed vaccine rabies

Dog bite person 2.5 months ago. Dog is unvaccinated and person delayed by 1 month for vaccine. Now, person having pain in both legs constant from last 1.5 month. Dog is also alive. Can we sure that both are rabies free ? Or at least person is free ? Or something serious ?
