Dog bite scars and irritation

It's been nearly 6 months since dog bite on my leg. There is a slight irritation and little pain when I press my skin at the scar area. I have completed 5 course of vaccination immediately after dog bite. Is it a sign to worry? Is there any tests or medicines to remove scars and irritation due to skin drying?? I have had no fever so far after dog bite.
