Dog bite please help help

Hi doctor, 6-5-25 my dog bite me then i wash my wound with soap and running water and also apply wash with dettol. Next day morning i take one Anti rabies shots with TT injection 07-05-25. Then i take next 2nd ARV shots on 10-05-25 then i take abother 3rd ARV shot on 14-05-25. Also i take 4 ARV shots on 7 months ago. But my wound does't properly heal. I have attached my wound image i apply daily betadine cream on my wound. Can you please check this ans let me know is it serious. Also my dog is not ill and playfull. Please help am very tensed

Wound  is infected. Clean  the would with antiseptic lotion  Savlon, detox, betadine solution  first. Than apply T bact n betadine ointment in 1:1 ratio. Orally Cefexim 200 two times a day after food for five days. Zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days.  MONTEK lc one at night for five days.

Hope your dog is vaccinated in time. Finish your course of anti rabies vaccine. Take cefixime 200mg one morning and one evening for 7 days. Tab voveran 50mg one every 8hours after food for 3 days. Apply povidone ointment over the wound after cleaning it, 2 to 3 times daily.

First of all, you wont have rabies as you have taken vaccine and hopefully you would complete the course. As of wound, please consult a local doctor so that they can check it completely and then decide if further management would be required
