My blood group is O+ , i am married for three years. I am trying to concieve since one year. I underwent thrice IUI treatment. Result of third iui is still not confirmed but while doing some research i came across one doubt regarding blood group affects pregnancy. Is this factor true? As my current AMH value is 1.8 All my HSG reports are normal my uterus is fine n is trilaminar ... Can there be any other problem . My kyrotype reports are also normal.

Hope the husband semen analysis is normal If so, then u r suffering from unexplained infertility If u r overweight then u need to reduce weight for increased chances of success at the fertility treatment
