Ayurveda is a crude form of medicine which was helpful in ancient times. Currently it is not standardized and there are no proper regulations guiding its use. In this modern era, using Ayurveda is like sending your messages by pigeons, inspite of using emails or whatsapp just because you think or believe that these forms of modern technologies are harmful for the mankind.
