Doctor suggested ecosprin 75 in 22 weeks

Hi, i was diagnosed with high resistance in both arteries and pre diastolic notch in both arteries in 12 weeks of pregnancy. After anamoly scan, 22 weeks 3 days i was advised to take ecosprin 75 because the resistance issue and diastolic notch was not improved. Only resistance in left artery was improved . So, please suggest am i too late? Will i be considered IUGR?
