Do's and Dont's when trying to concive

Can i do cardio full body workouts like jumping jacks, squats, split jumps, mountain climbers etc when trying to conceive? As i am 76kgs and as per my BMI i should reduce 10 more kgs i started doing workouts and brisk walking in treadmill in the speed of 7-8kmph , So is this ok to continue or should i stop this to get pregnant? Also, My room is in 1st floor where i will have to climb the stairs at-least 4-5 times a day - will this also affect my chances of getting pregnant ? Thanks in Advance !! We are happily married for 3 years now.

You should continue with your routine because you are used to it. However when you miss your periods you should go slow. All impact aerobics (like jumping jacks, squats, mountain climbers, split jumps, treadmill at 7-8 kmph should stop. You can do brisk walk on level ground, and bending forwards, backwards, sideways can continue.
