Recently got my fasting sugar checked which is alarming..hba1c is 12.20%.hb is 10.95...can precautions take me back to normal as I dnt want to be on medicines

You will definitely need to be started on medicines for this level of Hba1c. At the same time, dietary precautions and lifestyle modifications will help to a great extent.

At this level of HbA1C your concern should be to control it anyhow. There is no way that it can be controlled without medicines
