DNS operated,chronic inflammatory lesion

I have got operated for DNS for breathing problem. It clears 90% except allergy. Biopsy from nose is send for test and microscopic findings shows extensive area of necrosis with aheets of lymphnode cells.impression written as chronic inflammatory lesion. Plz tell me is this cancer or something else.

As per your description you might have been operated for nasal polyps and deviated nasal septum.. biopsy report shows benign lesion..no evidence of malignancy/cancer..
