DNS+ Bilateral turbinates+ tonsil G3

My diagnosis: Deviated nasal septum (DNS) Chronic bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy Recently noted Grade 3 tonsil enlargement My symptoms: Chronic sleep issues with daytime tiredness and dark circles Frequent headaches One-sided nasal blockage Heavy snoring Occasional episodes of suffocation while sleeping, waking up suddenly Mild nasal discharge in the morning Recommendations from two doctors: Doctor 1: Advised a sleep study and, based on evaluation, recommended surgery combining coblation tonsillectomy, FESS (if needed), and septoplasty. Doctor 2: Suggested starting with septoplasty and turbinate reduction alone. He advised monitoring symptoms afterward and considering tonsillectomy only if issues persist. I would appreciate your guidance on which approach might be better in my case. Thank you for your time and advice.

Considering the age the all 3 surgery can be performed in single setting with maximum benift post operatively.

You should get septoplasty along with turbinate reduction done and then plan for tonsillectomy only if required
